Choose the capacity. Confirm the fit with a person.
Starter costs about $16 a day. If it saves six planning hours a month at an illustrative $85 staff cost per hour, it covers the fee. Load and compliance checks remain unlimited.
One new trip solve can call the route, terrain, weather or stop providers you switched on. Moving freight, checking axles or reopening a saved answer costs zero credits.
Truck-safe routing
Routes for the actual equipment and load.
Elevation and grade
Road-snapped profiles and steep-segment review.
Weather corridor
Conditions and crosswind checks along the run.
Fuel and stop search
Candidate stops near the planned corridor.
Weather, elevation and fuel search can each be switched off at workspace level.

Paid pilot
Prove one lane before buying a year.
Thirty days with your equipment, your rules and one real lane. The pilot is implementation work, not a limited demo account.
$2,500one time
Applied to the first annual invoice when signed within 30 days of the pilot review.
Usage is visible in the workspace, and only an owner can approve more credits.
What exactly is a connected planning credit?
It is one new or materially changed live trip solve for one load. It can run the route, map, grade, weather and stop modules you enabled. Moving cargo, checking axles, reopening a plan and sharing an existing answer use no credits.
What if we do not need weather or elevation?
Leave those modules off. Axle compliance, load planning, permits, HOS records and reporting still work. Disabled modules make no provider calls, and your team sees only the workflow it uses.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
Included credits reset each billing month. If your work is seasonal, we review the expected peak before activation and put the agreed capacity in writing instead of applying an automatic overage.
What happens when we reach the limit?
We notify workspace owners before the limit. There is no silent overage and no automatic charge. An owner can request a capacity review, move to another written plan, or pause new connected solves while unlimited core checks continue.
Why not charge per user or per tractor?
The dispatcher, compliance lead and driver often need the same answer. Charging for every reader discourages adoption. Plans include sensible team and equipment limits, while credits follow the connected work that creates variable cost.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. The $2,500 paid pilot covers 30 days, one lane, up to five equipment combinations, two rule sets and 250 credits. If you sign an annual plan within 30 days of the review, we apply the pilot fee to that first invoice.
Can I buy a plan on this page?
No. AxleGuard does not use an online checkout. Choose a plan or send your volume, and we will confirm fit, provider usage, rollout scope, taxes and the commercial terms in writing before anything is activated.
What requires Enterprise pricing?
Private infrastructure, custom data residency, a negotiated SLA, more than 50 users, more than 500 equipment profiles, 10,000 or more monthly credits, or substantial custom integration work.
