Terms, kept short on purpose.
AxleGuard subscriptions are activated under a written order—not an online checkout. We keep no card on file, make no silent overage charge, and keep the safety boundary clear.

The most important paragraph on this page
What this is
AxleGuard is freight planning and compliance software built and operated by Space-O Technologies. Access is provided through a guided fleet rollout or a separately agreed enterprise scope. The features, rule sets, integrations and support included in your workspace are confirmed in that written scope.
Nothing here is legal advice
The compliance verdicts, the corrections, the permit indications and everything written on this site are engineering output and plain explanation. They are not a legal determination and they do not create one.
Axle limits, bridge interpretations, permit thresholds and seasonal restrictions are set by each jurisdiction and they change. The operator of the vehicle remains responsible for the legality of the load. Confirm the weight at a certified scale, and confirm the rule with the jurisdiction.
Plans, invoices and payment details
We do not collect payment details on this site, on a demonstration call or in the product. Choosing a plan or sending a volume estimate creates a request for review; it does not activate service, charge anything or start an automatic renewal. A platform administrator activates an organization only after the parties agree a written order.
The product stores plan capacity, service periods, usage, invoice totals and accounting references. It does not store card numbers, bank credentials or payment-provider secrets. Payment dates, taxes, renewal, cancellation, credits and refunds follow the signed order. If that order and this page differ on a commercial term, the signed order controls that term.
Using the product
Do not use AxleGuard as your only check on the legality of a real load, do not attempt to interfere with another organisation's records, and do not upload information unrelated to planning, compliance or dispatch. The carrier remains responsible for confirming the final load and the rules that apply to it.
Access is by named account. Sharing an account defeats the audit trail, which is the part of the product most likely to matter to you later.
What we do not promise
We do not promise that the product will be available at any particular time, that it is free of defects, or that it is fit for a particular purpose. The service is provided as it is. Where we find something wrong, we will say so, and we would rather hear about a wrong number from you than not hear about it.
To the extent the law allows, Space-O Technologies is not liable for loss arising from use of the service, including a load that is planned with it. That is not us avoiding the point — it is why the paragraph above tells you to confirm at a scale.
Screenshots and figures on this site
Every screenshot here is a capture of AxleGuard in use, taken automatically, in light and dark. Nothing is a mockup. Loads, shippers and lanes shown in them are generated rather than taken from anybody's operation.
Where a figure is a worked example rather than a measurement, the page says so. We do not publish statistics we have not measured, and we do not publish customers we do not have.
Other companies mentioned
Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification and comparison only. Comparison pages are drawn from publicly published documentation, are dated, and mark anything a vendor has not published as not published rather than as a shortcoming. Check current capability with the vendor before relying on it.
Your records
What you put in stays yours. Ask for it back and you get it in a form you can read and keep. Ask us to delete it and we will, with the single exception of the audit record of a change, which survives the thing it describes. The privacy note covers this in more detail.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will say so at the top of the page and update the date. They were last updated on 29 August 2026.
