This is short because we do very little with your details. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will answer it directly rather than pointing at a clause.

Read this first
What we collect
Two things, and nothing else. First, whatever you type into a form on this site: your name, your work email, your company, your fleet size, what you run today and your message. Second, if you use AxleGuard during an evaluation, the operational records you put into it — your equipment, your loads, your routes and your rule sets.
We also keep ordinary records of who signed in and what changed inside the product, because a compliance tool without an audit trail is not a compliance tool.
What we never collect
We never ask for payment details. Not on this site, not on a demonstration call, and not during an evaluation. If anything claiming to be us asks you for a card number, it is not us.
We do not ask for personal data about your drivers beyond what is needed to plan and dispatch a load, and we do not want documents, licences or medical records.
What we do with it
We use what you send to reply to you, to arrange a demonstration, and to run an evaluation if you decide to do one. That is the whole list.
We do not sell anything to anyone. We do not share your details with a third party for advertising. Writing to us does not subscribe you to a mailing list, and there is no automated sequence waiting behind the form.
Who can see it
Inside the product, access follows the roles described on theaccess page: owner, dispatcher, driver and viewer. Those rules are enforced by the system rather than hidden on the screen.
Inside our own team, access is limited to the people who need the data to configure, support and secure your workspace. Guided rollouts are hands-on, so that access is explained and agreed before operational data is added.
Messages sent through this site pass through our email provider so they can reach sales@spaceotechnologies.com. If you schedule a call, Calendly processes the booking details you enter in the calendar. We use both services only to deliver your message or arrange the meeting you requested.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards. Evaluation records are kept for the length of the evaluation. Ask us to delete either and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
One exception, and it is deliberate: the audit record of a change survives the record it changed. A compliance history that disappears along with the load it describes would not be a compliance history.
Where it lives
On infrastructure operated by Space-O Technologies. On an enterprise arrangement, records can live wherever your policy requires, including your own infrastructure, with retention set to your schedule. That is a written scope rather than a setting, and it is agreed before anything starts.
Cookies and measurement
This site stores one thing in your browser: whether you prefer the light or dark version of it. That never leaves your machine. Inside the product, a sign-in session is stored so you do not have to sign in on every screen, and it expires on its own.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it, and we will. Ask us to delete it, and we will do that too, subject to the audit-record exception above. There is one address for all of this and a person reads it.
