02Can we just talk to whoever built it?
That is who you will be talking to. The people who wrote the arithmetic run the calls, so a question about how a number is computed gets answered while you are still on the call.
03We are not ready to buy anything. Is it still worth writing?
Yes, particularly if you are trying to work out whether the problem on the why page is actually costing you anything. That question can usually be answered in an email exchange without a call at all.
04What if we are the wrong fit?
We will say so in the first reply and tell you why. A fleet that runs one state, one trailer type and short lanes with light freight is often already fine, and there is no sense in either of us spending forty-five minutes finding that out.
